Who is camera ghost with Ben?

So I'm watching Huber stream and he said that Don is coming over to film Huber Syndrome. Which confirms that Don isn't the current camera ghost.
So is the ghost some sort of part-timer they hired that only does simple things like record or edit (Jones said he would hire someone for this eventually) or is the ghost someone like Ben's GF?

Thinking it was his GF since he has referred to his experiences over there a lot with the collective "we" which seems quite affectionate for a work colleague. Maybe I'm reading too much into it!
