I played through this for the first time last year, and perhaps that is why my opinion differs from so many. I found this Zelda entry to be inferior to most all the others, with hampered mechanics and some pretty esoteric goals/puzzles. Perhaps I'm just a casual, or maybe I'm spoiled by modern sensibilities, but I did not enjoy the experience much at all.

My introduction to the series and a great game, more recent entries are much more refined. This isn't the best in the franchise so I'm taking it out.

Already as child I thought this is a bad game, I never enjoyed it, it's slow, it's clunky, it's by far the worts 2D Metroid game.
