How are you suppose to get all Final Fantasy XV pre-order bonuses?

I know they are retail exclusives dlcs but I want others but in order to do that I need to buy four copies. This is ridiculous. I would love to buy them on psn if they sold separately. The only ones I have are masamuse sword, camera pack and cindy mobile.
