The golden trinity of my favourite OST's:
- Persona 3: it's like persona 4's OST but better in every way.
I'm kidding of course. I adore the P4-soundtrack for the variaty of songs (reach out to the truth, heartbeat, heaven, pursuing my true self, ...), but P3 (FES) blows it out of the water for me. Deep breath, deep breath is so incredibly weird, funky and gets me pumped almost every time. Burn my dread(the complete version) is such a wonderful mix of rock and r&b. Memories of you is the most emotional song I've ever heard in a videogame. The wonderful melody, the describing of your long adventure, the expression of sorow and grief...
- Bloodborne
It's dark AF, has an epic choir doing the vocals and the boss-songs all give you this wonderful feeling of dread and escalation. A great example being "Maria of the astral clocktower" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rdt5XNvPkc
- Dragon Quest (all of it)
I could pick one game that simply has the largest amount of awesome songs.(DQV), but the single album that get's my vote is....
Dragon Quest String quartet. An album dedicated to the greatest hits throughout the main series all brilliantly played by a string quartet. It also has my favourite version of the beloved Overture march.

Mario RPG hit all the right notes, MegamanX is just perfect, Zelda OoT and MM are a must but maybe just maybe my all time favorite is the OST of Hook the videogame adaptation of the movie. I think its my favorite cause Childhood nostalgia still it is great, yet it is a huge shame it is so unknown

Mass Effect 2 baby. Everything about that soundtrack is just MUAH, TRES MAGNIFIQUE. (͠≖ ͜ʖ͠≖)👌

Anything Zelda: Song of the Hero, one of the coolest moments I've had in a game, Midna's Lament, Gerudo Valley, and Ballad of the Goddess.
Kingdom Hearts Series: Roxas, Fate of the Unknown
Uncharted Series: Nate's Theme
And Overwatch has been growing on me: Main ThemeAnd probably more I'm forgetting.

Transistor was good. The way it integrated with the actual game. They were real songs but The main character hummed the tracks when you went into her "bullet time" type effect. And the songs themselves are great. Search spine transistor. No idea how to youtube link

I know it isn't technically an original soundtrack, but the mixes in both DJ Hero games are utterly amazing. It still hurts my soul that they never released them on an album.

Bravely Default. That game's soundtrack blew me away and is what makes that game so memorable to me. All of the boss themes are incredibly epic, but this track for the Asterisk bosses got me so pumped every time I had to fight one of them.

MGS3 - Main Theme
Valiant Hearts - Lonely PebbleNot sure if it counts, but pretty much all of the licensed Life is Strange soundtrack is amazing too.
