@bam541 Just FYI the offline version of WHAT KIND OF RAPPIN' IS THIS is like a minute and a half longer. Don't remember offhand what the differences between the two are beyond that.
-
@capnbobamous nice to know, I'll probably just listen to the offline version after this

@bam541 oh, I have to check that!

For those wondering why Unrelenting Force sounds familiar is because this black metal album is all centered around Skyrim.

Recently discovered Death's Dynamic Shroud and their latest album Faith In Persona. I've never been particularly fond of Vaporwave, but this album makes me believe that perhaps I've just been listening to the wrong songs, because Faith In Persona is utterly brilliant. Some of the richest and most creative instrumentation I've ever heard, and the way in which the vocal samples are chopped makes the album surprisingly lyrical, a truly impressive feat when you consider how far the vocals are from their original intent.
The way in which the album flows is remarkable as well, full of bangers and somber, emotional tracks that come together to create a narrative. I don't know what the album is saying exactly, but I know it's saying something, I can feel it. By the end of the album I felt legitimately emotional, struck by how stunningly beautiful the whole thing was.
Music is wonderful, isn't it?

I fell in love with YUKIKA's timeabout EP so quickly. Very catchy and infectious pop. Really like the 70s-80s inspired instrumentation, it never felt overly nostalgic, which is good. Great production too.

This is probably the best piece of music I've heard in any Ubisoft game:

An obscure Hideki Naganuma (Jet Set Radio, Sonic Rush, Ollie King) track from 2014:
