@crimilde 9/10 It's not what I usually listen to, but I've got a soft spot for songs that really kick in to high-gear part way through. Plus I love Cowboy Bebop in general.
Figured I'd through some Kpop in the mix.

@Nillend Start was a bit drab, got excited when it picked up. Little disappointed it didn't go anywhere from there but a fine listen. 3/5
How about a little of my favorite rocker dorks?

@Dirokia If there's one thing I think Japanese music does better than American music, it's energetically capturing the sense of soaring. And this song is doing an awesome job of it, while being very, very rooted in the sound of rock and roll. I love it; there's so much range in the song--in pitch, loudness, and emotion. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: , put it on my Japanese Music Favorites playlist.

@Inflorescence I love music like this because the stripped-down nature of the instrumentation lets the vocals shine through. The folk influences in the lyricism and vocal delivery really communicates strong, raw emotion. It's unrefined, sure, but that's part of the appeal. It's like a catharsis. That said, sometimes the voice gets a little more like a growl and the rhythm of the words (which really holds the whole song together musically) gets lost a little. 4.5/5.

@alexwhiteplays Track has relaxing feeling, yet it's powerful, if that makes sense... It's not my kind of music, but I definitely can appreciate this kind of music every once in a while. 8/10

@jipostus Nice track, never heard of that game before but I feel like I should play some Beat 'em Ups now 8/10
This one has a really slow start you can skip to 1:40 if you want to The Monarch's Pyramid (1:40)

@Dragonhunter Utopia was such an amazing mindfuck of a show, it's a shame HBO pulled to the plug on the American version that was being put together by David Fincher. The music worked so well with it too, 4/5.

@Chie-Best-Waifu It's a bigger shame Channel 4 canceled it. But yes an American version would have at least been some kind of solace and maybe would have given us the rest of the story.
Nice song, even though it's mostly a loop it's pretty relaxing and nice to listen to. I'm going to listen to some more songs of him the next few days.

@Dragonhunter I really like the instrumental a lot! I'm not a huge fan of that vocal style personally but I still enjoyed the song overall. 7/10.
-
@Light I like the instrumental part at least! Not digging his voice that much though. Not my style of music but not bad! 7/10
-
@parasitepaladin I do love me some Silent Hill! Admittedly, the 4th installment isn't my favorite but I dig the atmosphere this song creates. 8/10
-
@SabotageTheTruth Nice and atmospheric. Felt the strained, fluttery vocals were a tad overdone at the beginning but solid nonetheless. 3.5/5

@Dirokia Not what I'm usually listening to, but that's what this thread is for and I really like it. Has a nice vibe and feels really motivating 8/10

@Light I enjoyed this far more than My Chemical Romance, but it didn't too much to totally zing me. I could see it being on the radio and I wouldn't change it. 7/10
