@yoshi I feel like most of the batteries you'll find today are hokey third party aftermarket stuff... so yes, they're very cheap, lol.

@yoshi I bought one last year when I discovered the battery outgrew the case holding it in. I believe it was an official one, not sure though. Got it for ~$20.

I saw them in 2011 when I was in high school still. Good to see them come back. They're touring with The Strokes and Thundercat. So it'll be a pretty sweet show.
I also want to get tickets to The Flaming Lips, Billy Talent, and Dorian Electra next year. I used to always go to concerns, then I hoarded money for 3-4 years and the pandemic hit. I'm ready to blow some money and see some shows in 2022.

@dipset My hometown is just starting to get live music back after 2 years. I've missed it so much. I've spend like £400 pound on tickets for the next year alone. I'm going to Barcelona for 2 weeks of Primavera music festival. Can't fucking wait.

I hope it’s a good time man. I don’t have energy like I used to to see shows every few weeks but the absence of music is gonna make the next concert for us feel extra special.

the only one you need to download is MGS 1 and VR missions, everything else is on the discs.

I’ve been in clear out mode lately and told myself I needed to sell some games before I bought Metroid Dread. Both of those things happened this weekend and Metroid just arrived. Kids’ bed time can’t come soon enough.
We also bought our plane tickets to move to Japan next August - hence the clear out. God I hope they have video games there.

When I bought this collection, I think it was the most fun series playthrough I’ve ever done. Every game holds up except for Peace Walker which I never really liked anyways.
But I had never played MGS2-3 before this collection and I loved them dearly.

Bought this 12 US$ gaming headset. It's actually crazy what you can get for cheap these days. I'm comparing it to my regularly used Shure Aonic 3 IEMs, the sound quality is unsurprisingly worse but it's nowhere near bad at all, it's quite good in fact. It's light on features but at this price, who cares. I originally bought it because I want to have a baseline comparison when I buy more expensive headsets, but I might just settle with this for a while. Also, the pink color looks great.
