Final Fantasy XIV Ultros Character Creation

Hey Everyone,
I''ve been trying to create a character on Ultros all day with no luck.
It's getting pretty frustrating. Any ideas or tips to get in a character?
Any help would be appreciated.

@GallopingFUPA Some people were saying to try as late as possible like 2am.

All you can do is keep trying. Try at odd hours on odd days of the week. Everything is really congested thanks to the expansion pack.
