So the multiplayer for Doom will not be included on the cart and must be downloaded seperately.
Not a big deal considering the MP is a dumpster fire, but I guess that is how they will be getting around the cart limitations for games.

if you're talking about Other M and Fed Force, those aren't proper metroid games and are the reason why metroid fans have been angry at nintendo for so long

@DMCMaster Pretty much.
It does make me wonder how they will work around this with online centric titles where downloading portions of the game seperately won't be an option. I'm aware the Switch supports expandable media, but microSD cards are only so big.

@Haru17 I've never been BIG on 3D Mario but the fluidity of this game makes me want to play it really bad.
I'll hopefully do some controller passing when my friend gets it. As per Sunshine, I only really liked the stomach sliding. I'd be glad to see more of that but most other mechanics I found to be a bit slow and slightly clunky. But that was a good move I'd like to see somehow added into Mario's Odyssey move set.

@GoTaco 64 still seems the smoothest. Odyssey has some moves that shoot you forward in a jerky motion rather than purely being momentum based.

@GoTaco If you like stomach sliding and fluid movement I would recommend A Hat in Time. It has some of my favorite movement ever in a platformer.

Every video I watch of Odyssey makes it reeeaaally hard not to impulse buy a Switch.
Xenoblade 2 looks great, but I hate the character designs. XCX for me was the right artistic direction, since it was the closest to 3D Tanaka we're probably ever going to get.Also, having discovered Doom runs at 30 frames per second on Switch WITH graphical downgrades, that is a HARD nope.
