CAPTCHA improvements?

Anyway to improve the captcha verification (if there is one) for signing up to the forums? There are so many spams accounts.

@parasitepaladin We are looking into some solutions. However, as long as they doesnt post we should be fairly safe for now. It was a much bigger issue previously when we got all the spambots. Now we just need to figure out how to stop them from being created.
