:(There was a rumor that there might be a new Matrix game announced. I would lose my mind if that is even remotely true. Licensed games this gen have been killing it, and with all the stuff you can do with a property like The Matrix... oh man, I've got a three quarters chub just thinking about it.

@el-shmiablo You aren't wrong about licensed games being awesome this gen (last gen too imo), but I remember liking Enter The Matrix as a kid and I played a bit of it a month or so ago and I physically have no idea how to beat the levels. It's an impossible game. All you do is run and die.
If there is a Matrix game, Wachowski sisters need to be 100% hands off because they haven't written one good plot since... 1999... since... THE MATRIX.
I wonder what studio could take that on AND write a good story.

We can throw any game at the best in the biz so it isn't like this is a profound statement, but I agree:
- Sucker Punch
- Insomniac
- Naughty Dog
- Rocksteady
I could see Platinum knocking it out of the park. I love the movement in Nier Automata.

So Geoff confirmed one thing today, 10 games are making their world debut at the show, with updates on other titles.
One of which I have a feeling is Psychonauts 2

Would be great if Sony showed more MediEvil remake there, just to promote it. PS1 remakes are at an all time high right now with the recently released Spyro games, take advantage of the momentum Sony!
I also predict someone from Nintendo (Reggie probably) coming on stage and taking jabs at Keighley for not nominating Smash Bros, lol.

I don't have access to twitter on work computers but Geoff Keighley tweeted that the game awards will have 10 new game announcements :ezaHype: plus updates on announced games.

@dmcmaster I forgot about Bayo, but BotW was an E3 announcement with mainstream coverage of gameplay later in the year, right?
Not that it matters, the point of Nintendo doing things outside directs is taken. :)

So just a theory but I have a feeling Lady Gaga will be involved with the marketing of Bayonetta 3, she has been tweeting a lot about Bayonetta lately from what I've heard.

Man that'd be kinda awesome if Lady Gaga was in Bayonetta 3.
Hate to admit it, but I'm not a big fan of Bayo 1 and I haven't tried Bayo 2, but I'd get Bayonetta 3 if Lady Gaga was a villain or something.

Archer says "Aisha" (no response) "Aisha" (no response) (deep breath in) "AISHAAAAAAAAAAA"
Aisha says, "WHAT?!"
Archer says, "What about my game?"
Aisha, "Fine!"The screen goes black before the words "Naughty Dog Presents..."
