Kill Your Babies!: N64 Edition

  • If we're stuck and allowing double kills, I'll go again.

    1. Perfect Dark
    2. F-Zero X
    3. Banjo Kazooie
    4. Star Wars: Rouge Squadron
      > 5. Star Fox 64

There were two flying games left on the list with the word "Star" in the title.

Now there is only one. It's actually spelled "Rogue Squadron" in real life, but I'm not going to nitpick my copy/paste

    1. Perfect Dark
      2. F-Zero X
    2. Banjo Kazooie
    3. Star Wars: Rouge Squadron

    I apologize.

  • With the game being very stagnated and such a short amount of candidates remaining, I will make the last kill: Banjo-Kazooie is gone simply because between the three remaining candidates, I'm a huge Star Wars nut and Perfect Dark holds more appeal than Banjo-Kazooie.

SO: I have created a straw poll where you vote FOR the game that should be the last one standing. DO NOT vote to kill, so if you want Perfect Dark to make it, vote for that, NOT Star Wars: Rouge Squadron and vice versa. Click the link to cast your vote. I will give it 36 hours from right now so the winner will be declared by Noon EST on Thursday. A final Thank You to everyone who created the list and then preceded to cut it down.

  • @Brannox So I voted for Perfect Dark.
I always preferred it to Goldeneye, and as a girl it was nice to have a female main character.
Rogue Squadron is a good game and I adore Star Wars, but I think Perfect Dark was a better game.

  • You know who... ^_^

  • I had a feeling it would be Perfect Dark. We'll see.

  • It's not going to win but I voted for Rogue Squadron.

  • I also voted for Rogue Squadron.

I spent way more time playing Goldeneye with roommates than Perfect Dark, which never really interested me.

  • And so, with a score of 10-4 the N64 game left standing is:

    Perfect Dark

(Coincidentally, this was the very first game pitched for Selective Creation) This was really fun to put together and watch! Hopefully you will see the new Selective Creation post shortly. Once again, if many do not feel that these games are viable, please let me know! Until then, thanks for playing and reading!

  • Party down! :D
