Don't worry I'm sure once TES6 comes out and bombs Todd will reveal his true ace, TES5-2

BrutalMoose is giving me some serious Don vibes with this upload. Although I've always been unlucky with these types of arcade games, now I kinda want to try them all out again.

@sabotagethetruth what I also think is funny is that Huber looks like he should be the tallest and I think he is actually one of the shortest.

@bam541 Pretty rad. I was just trying to explain to my wife that the killing is not the best part of Hitman and I wondered if they could make a game as fun but where you didn't kill people. Maybe you prank or tag them...then I threw scissors at somebody's face and they stuck in. You just can't feel that with tag.
-
@e_zed_eh_intern I mean, since you're not actually killing anybody for real, it all kinda feels like some sort of prank right? Maybe that what helps make it so fun, lol.

Wasn't sure where to post this as I am referring to the marketing strategy rather than the game itself but if you fast forward to 3:50, early adopters will get the season pass for free.
Youtube VideoI've never seen this approach before and, as a cheapass who often waits for complete editions or at least for the core game to go on sale, this makes buying this game early waaaay more tempting.

Is anybody aware of the existence of this service?!
https://www.criterionchannel.com/
It's most of the entire Criterion Collection available to stream with all special features and director commentary available in USA and Canada for $99/yr or 10.99/mo. This is an unbelievable deal considering how most of these movies are very good and its cheaper than Netflix where most of the movies are not great.
By contrast, my local record store has the Criterion Collection "Lone Wolf and Cub" on Blu Ray on sale for $120 and nobody has bought the two copies in two years. I can get those movies PLUS thousands to stream for even LESS than my record store is selling one physically.

@dipset
Yeah, it's great. Been using it since it came out. Probably the best streaming service for films.My favorite thing about it is the wealth of films that aren't on the Criterion Collection and actually haven't ever been available on physical media in the West from any publisher. There's a lot of Japanese stuff especially that fits that bill.

I’m mostly into the Italian and French stuff but I’m beyond excited to finally watch Lone Wolf and Cub after all of these years. It’s been on my radar for over a decade but torrents and releases have been hard to come by.
One thing... I hear there is weird DRM and you can’t hook your laptop up to your TV and use the app. True?

@dipset
Ah, well there's a pretty good selection of French and Italian stuff too!I've heard that users have had problems going laptop to TV, yeah. I have a roku, so it's something I haven't tried personally.
