Do you have any of them Rumors?
-
Time to finish previous ones...
-
-
On the one hand there are like two Yakuza games you can play VF5 thru, a stand alone release feels long overdue.
-
Can't say that I'm sold on this rumor, but the idea of Remedy working on so many projects does intrigue me.
-
Sony bought the rights of the Agent from Rockstar and Remedy is making that game with the similar approach of first 2 Max Paynes.
-
@scotty that's a good Wild One!

@dipset
Think you posted this in the wrong thread
-
Fuck me. This is what happens when all my coworkers take a vacation and I have no work today.
@Lotias I... I did it again... Hottakes Thread pls :)
-
@dipset oh no! not again! :D I will move it a bit later!

According to David Jaffe, Sony is bringing something for their platform akin to Gamepass. He says he heard it from multiple sources.

Hard hitting journalist David Jaffe!
I'll take the rumour. Sounds good to me.

A job listing hints that the next Bioshock game is an open world game.
-
@scotty You mean like PS Now, that thing they had before GamePass?
-
@el-shmiablo
I think he means Now is getting overhauled to be better, which shy of adding PS1,2,3,PSP,Vita and maybe a few extras like a funimation/crunchyroll or Netflix subscription (considering Sony's recent deal with Netflix) there isn't a whole lot they can do to make Now on equal footing with Gamepass.
-
All I know is that they better pipe up about their plans soon so I can avoid spending like $150 on PS1 games for PS3 by June.
-
@dipset
I'd say go ahead and spend it, and maybe get a new HDD while your at it.
-
With the song of the video section of the PS Store, and a website listing suggesting that they may start offering a subscription, there is a rumor that Sony will be rolling movies into the monthly Plus subscription.
Could be neat, and wouldn't cost a lot since they could just add movies from their own catalog.

The PlayStation 5 is becoming the... PlayStation O N E
My only drawback from Sony Pictures offering films with PS+ is that their streaming and download speeds have been brutal since the PS3 days. Not sure how they'll improve that if its connected to PSN. Also, I have yet to see one Sony Pictures film I've enjoyed in like eons now other than Into The Spider-verse which was like lightening in a bottle, and Rocky Balboa in 2006. They really seem to have a knack for making big dumb money movies like Angels and Demons,Angry Birds, or Chappie.
I guess there isn't a downside them offering that service though. It would also lead people to buy PS5's and incentivize them to make better movies.
-
@dipset I mean, they produced Tarantino's last flick.
Also, calling Chappie a "big dumb money movie" is bad and you should feel bad.
