New and Upcoming Indie Game Releases

@bam541 Man I love how this game looks but that's two trailers I've seen for it now and still have no idea what the gameplay is supposed to be.
-
@axel lol yeah I feel the same way. I haven't found any gameplay impressions, hoping they'll pop up anytime soon.

I have no idea about this game before, and it's coming out tomorrow apparently. Didn't expect something like this from the Zen Pinball devs, and it looks very interesting.
-
It looks interesting but I don't like rogue-lite unfortunately.
-
@scotty ah what a shame, I LOVE rogue-lites/likes.

Reminds me of Luftrausers.

Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling - This game released last year on PC and today on Switch. If your looking for a Paper Mario style game to play before Origami King releases, this looks like a solid option.
-
@shoulderguy Beat Chapter 1 so far. If you prefer the Paper Mario 64 / TTYD style, this is the game for you. If you prefer Sticker Star / Color Splash style, wait for the Origami King. If you like both, buy both because this game is only $25.

Currently sitting at 93 on Opencritic. Only 6 reviews but still. Why have I never heard of this before??

@axel Guess you don't watch the community showcase.

The latest EZA podcast reminded me to check out the Wholesome Games direct thing, which I didn't watch live a few days ago. Happy to see some Indonesian game devs get there too.
-
@shoulderguy A friend just turned me onto this. I'll probably give this a shot on the Lite after I beat Secret of Mana. It looks pretty promising
-
This was revealed during Indie Live Expo, looks pretty neat, getting some strong Mega Man X vibes here with the dash and wall jump. Interesting mechanic of batting projectiles with your sword too. Gorgeous too, I'll keep an eye on this one!

Wanna give a shout out to this game
It's the first game from a studio of former Spike Chunsoft employees, specifically for the Danganronpa series, which includes the series' lead writer, composer and artist. Pretty sure this one's an FMV mystery game.

What is FMV?
