Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but my PS5 is constantly crashing in Rest Mode. Basically, Rest Mode will always lead to a "repair" state when I boot it up next time. At first I thought it was because of the HDMI Device Link problem, but it's still happening.
It seems like the ONLY solution I can find online is to Repair Database from Safe Mode, then turn off Rest Mode in the settings immediately. This seems like a major flaw. I'm not sure if sending my PS5 back to Sony for a replacement will do anything considering the sheer amount of people online who also have this issue.
Has anyone been able to resolve it?

Right now you can get base Yakuza: Like A Dragon for -30% ($55.99 CAD) on PS5 so I will have to bite. I never finished it on PC due to my ass hurting sitting at my desk all day.

Seems like all the Yakuza games is on sale, which is very tempting, but I settled for Carto instead. Hopefully it's good!

@bam541 If you haven't played any of them, I recommend starting with Zero. First in the series chronologically, and gives certain characters from 1 a lot of development, where if you were to just start off with 1 those same characters will pull a lot of "JUST LIKE OLD TIMES, EH KAZUMA?" shit.

@el-shmiablo I finished 0 last year, I liked it but it definitely got a bunch of things that I wished were better. I just want to see more of the story, it's definitely my main reason for playing these games (other than exploring and vibing in the small city areas).

Not that I’m aware of but you can get PS+ from here which is -40 to -50% off depending on when you go. I’ve been using this site for a bit now. Sometimes you get a bonus 3 months with your key too.

i only buy it when it's cheap during things like state of play sales.
not paying full price just to play online. not when they charge so much anyway.

Yeah that's what I usually end up doing. They even sell it discounted straight from the PS Store at certain times of year.

Plague Tale's PS5 version was very obvious, love it. <3 Gonna platinum it again! And WWE Battlegrounds, lol. I've almost bought that a few times, but the reviews have been bad. Glad to finally test it now this way!

Black Ops I I I I is a PS+ Collection game. I redownloaded it cause I hadn’t played it since 2018 and it just like refused to install properly to my PS5. Heard numbers were surprisingly low too.
