I'm hoping we finally get a date for Ghost. Otherwise I don't really know what to expect, maybe the official reveal for RE3 remake like DMCMaster mentioned. Maybe a new FF7 trailer, even though I've seen more then enough at this point.

Don't know about everyone else but I think this was probably their best State of Play yet. Flowed nicely, had some decent announcements and a fun twist with the RE3 reveal even though everyone knew it was coming. Got a Ghost teaser with more to come at the game awards. Overall I think the State of Play videos are getting better, get the feeling they have been listening to the feedback.

I'm pretty excited about Spellbreak. It looks rough, but aside from that, the gameplay shown looks pretty rad. The stuff they're talking about in the PS Blog sounds promising too.

@bam541 Games with great movement mechanics always get extra points from me. That's why Apex is my preferred BR. I thought the trailer looked real neato, despite the jank.

The only thing i cared about was the Untitled Goose Game being ported to PS4.

So apparently there will be no information about PS5 release or price at that State of Play, based on what they are saying, and they do say it will be focusing also on PS4 and PSVR releases (I shouldn't but I can't help but be hopeful for P5 Strickers).
And man if there really is no date or price announcement I do have to wonder how much of a waiting game there really might be between Sony and MS for their consoles.

It's good that they say no PS5 news beforehand. They should be aware of it. Rumor has it that we will get one more presentation about PS5 before august ends and price etc will be announced in that. 400$ for the discless edition would be great.

@scotty Yeah, I think its smart to set expectations. Everyone's imagine will run wild if they didn't. It might mean less people tune in but I think thats preferred over having a lot of pissed off fans mad you still haven't announced the PS5 Date/Price. Like you mentioned tho this information has to be released at some point, its early Aug, we have like 3+ months till the new system drops, its kinda crazy we still don't know when or how much.
That being said I'm kinda glad they are still promoting PS4/PSVR stuff, even if its only third party.
