There's a big probability that that SSD setup being a Marc Cerny design choice and MS might not want to mention that. Of course they might mention load times when talking about streaming.

I saw this drop last night and even though it was an hour it was absolutely worth staying up for. My word, so many funny moments and I can't wait to make my own picks today.
