PS5 Leaks ? How real are they ?

How credible are theses "leaks" ? What we do know so far is that they using Ryzen cpu, some AMD gpu, and SSD. Will it play 4k bluray ? We know that it is has backward compatibility. Will it be Holiday 2020 ? Or Spring 2021 ?

The only "leak" I know that is 100% real at this time is that dev kits are out in the wild and have been for awhile
