I need help finding an old game I used to play long time ago!!

It's a PC game, 2D platformer where you can see the whole level on the screen (no scrolling) Appvn
you play as green (goblins? or ogres?) of some kind... green creatures let's say. 1 player or 2 players co-op
your enemies are rats and other creatures that you can only kill them by headbutting the blocks they stand on from underneath (Mario style) UC Browser
the menus are super ugly, the graphics are bad and the sound effects are horrible. but we used to LOVE this game.
last time I played this game was +13 years ago, the gaming cafe where we used to play that game closed long time ago and we just can't get the memory of that game out of our heads, please help! SHAREit

P.S. this whole "help me find a game I've mostly forgotten" thing is literally my favorite game to play, so if anyone else has any mysteries I'd love to hear about them!

@inflorescence Sega Mega Drive Resogun style game. I think you can go up and down. Started in an Underwater level I think.
