Pokemon toys...where?

Hey everyone! Where is the best place to find harder to get Pokemon toys? My son's 7th birthday is coming up and he's really into Pokemon. There are some really expensive ones on Amazon but is there anywhere I'm not thinking of that I could order from? I know folks here would know better than me.

I've seen a few at my local game stores (EB Games/Gamestop, and an independent one).

You can get some pretty good quality Chinese knock off toys on Ebay for cheap. They will take quite a while to ship (two or more weeks).

I don't know about toys, but here's the Pokemon Center official site if you want to buy stuff directly instead of going through third party vendors that might be marking stuff up.
