VR Headsets

I am tempted just to climb Mount Everest but its a dangerous realm of fantasy. What are your views on VR?

There is not much that takes my attention for now, just 2-3 blockbusters mostly. I am excited about what Sony will do with VR2 in the next gen; their exclusive game side can give new AAA experiences hopefully. But still, I am waiting the day we can play games fully immersed without many set-ups and cables, heavy headsets etc.

More interested in eventually upgrading my TV and speaker system, which I won't do for a long time either. TVs have better picture quality and I mostly play third person games anyway.

@asbestos They keep reiterating them so the prices stay high. If you wanted to get a lower end headset I'm sure you could nab one for cheap, but if you want some 1440p, wireless full motion tracking joints, you'll have to pay a pretty penny.
