My favourite episodes usually are about show's parody take on things I love, like Ocean's series or superheroes etc. So these two are my favourite episodes:

Not my favourite but probably a life changing Simpsons moment, is in the movie when Homer is whipping the dogs to pull the sleddg and then when is time to rest he keeps whipping then screaming Rest! Rest!
I just started laughing uncontrollably for like 5 minutes and my now wife fell in love with me.

Was season 10-15(?) the point where there were all the musical episodes? When I was going through a lot of seasons a couple years ago, I would skip an episode outright if there were any musical numbers or recap episodes and I think I skipped a full season or two worth of episodes.
Thinking about favorite episodes though, I love "Marge Be Not Proud" with Bonestorm and "You Only Move Twice" with Hank Scorpio
