I feel obligated to share this because I've been listening to the OST for a bit, there's just something so PS1 about the OST as a whole. Maybe it's the jolly kookiness of it all.
Also, I've been using this track below as a ringtone and it works out very well, lol.

I was pretty young when PS1 was out so I gotta give the nod to that handful of games that I played over and over again. A lot of licensed stuff by EA, but they also commissioned original music sometimes too.
