Wait, what? It's all happening so fast! Oh my!
-
2005 was a long time ago, so my list is just games I remember I played. I think I liked Myst V: End of Ages, so I put it 2nd. Can't say much about it though.

The Warriors is a fun beat-em-up video game adaptation of the movie that also added some interesting backstory that wasn't in the film. I also played through the game a second time co-op with my cousin, which we both really enjoyed. This was my GOTY in 2005 but it's been surpassed by another game for me.
-
Damn, a six way tie XD
Socom 3 is the only one I played from those and it is really great, almost made my list.

@shoulderguy Is photography game a real genre ? XD

There aren't a ton of them, but yes. Pokémon Snap and Afrika also come to mind.

@oscillator Don't forget Toem!

I feel these GOTY lists are getting more difficult and arduous. There are so many more top 20 topics we could do that may shake things up a bit. Top 20 characters, top 20 RPGs, top 20 PS3 games, top 25 character haircuts-you get the idea. I know we need more participants, but a new countdown could encourage a few more voters.
-
SIX games, NONE I can talk about by any stretch of the imagination.
I don't think there is any more damning evidence to the fact, as much as I thoroughly enjoy these GOTY countdowns, the ever waning participation is proof these are becoming less and less viable to do.
I look forward to the rest of the list, I'm still (and will always be) down to keep doing countdowns, but unless by some divine intervention more people steadily show up, I question the need to keep these going.

Oh damn I forgot about The Warriors, lol. Oh well. I still to this day never watched the full film, but even without the knowledge of the film, this game is still fun to play. Really solid beat em' up, and the PSP version is no slouch either. Honestly you can't call yourself a beat em' up fan if you haven't played this, it's so rooted in what makes the genre so good.

@jdincinerator I'm up for trying a different topic for the next election. Let me know what you all agree to vote on next and I'll manage it for us.
