My Ranking! Would like to start Paper Mario and Ocarina of Time soon, but who really knows. The Backlog is too intense right now.
I can now say after the Allies uploaded the induction to Youtube, thehallofgreats.com is updated to reflect last night! Forgot to promote the website last night during chat because I was watching it on my TV, but hey that's okay lol. Debating on having a Genre Page, but who knows. Lots of games in genres are being represented now, so just a thought I had.
Which I enjoyed myself! Funny with Huber! I hope, eventually, he'll be ready to be more salty! I do understand his apprehension though, but a good answer by Brad when Huber asked that during Brad's presentation.
Also, @Brannox think at the start they did mention the loose time frame Hall of Greats now seems to be on. 4.5-5 months. Which is a bit longer than I would want, but hopefully that is more so just a light jest!
Yeah that Huber Syndrome with him loving on Mass Effect 2 feels like he'll bring Mass Effect 2. I want FFIX in at this point!!!! I feel like Ben could bring Doom II perhaps, but I also want all of the close calls he's had in at this point. Like PSO, Bayonetta, and FFIX.
Last week started to replay The Simpsons: Hit & Run to try and get through a bit of my Gamecube backlog. Somehow this game is still grand to play in 2021. Definitely not a 10 or anything, but it is a joyous time and maybe my favorite licensed game in that era. Probably forgetting a game, but still. Somehow it's still grand. Also playing the Donkey Kong Country trilogy games on the SNES online since I never played those before. Heavily needing the Rewind feature, because of how bad I am. Sorry purists.
I'm replaying Ratchet & Clank 2016! Really for the Platinum and the 60fps upgrade. I just have the Max Out all Weapons trophy left! Because of this sudden playthrough though, I haven't touched Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Doom II in a week. Galaxy 2 and New Super Mario Bros Wii are my last two mainline Mario games I haven't hit credits on yet. So, soon I'll get there. Just Ratchet & Clank is stopping that progress.
Poptart: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
This and Kingdom Hearts are my favorite two long running series of my life. But with all of that, Rift Apart has continually impressed me with its showings. I do love the haptic feedback talk they've done and the utilization of the weapons and ammo. The introduction of the new Lombax seems definitely intriguing! I'm very excited about playing a new Insomniac Ratchet & Clank game!
Toaster Strudel: New Pokemon Snap
Literally just for the price tag of $60. I haven't been convinced myself, it's worth that much yet. It looks beautiful and a great evolution of the first game, but looks like a game I'll finish in a week and not touch it in a few years.
