RE: Favourite Moment featuring the Allies
Has to be kyles stand up. It was perfect, the worst but the best jokes I've ever heard. At the end someone shouted out "I didn't even get that one but okay" lol I was in stitches. Especially as I didn't know it was a lost bet. Thought it was real

RE: My top 5 games of all time.
Very good picks mate. Not often you see worms at the top of someone's list but I can't blame you. Worms was such a good idea, I remember playing the original round my friends. The ultimate party game. And then I got worms armageddan demo on pc and played that over and over haha same level, half the weapons, still loved it.
RE: Hey Allies, what competitive games do you follow?

RE: Second Chance Games
The souls game. I Bought demon souls. Could not get into it. Played dark souls still couldn't get into it.
Everyone kept talking about it and felt like i was missing out big time. So when bloodbourne came out i forced myself to play it for longer then half an hour. I got right into it. Didn't complete it mind you but I beat some of the hard bosses on my own. Rom the vacuous spider.
I loved the lore, the tension, the combat. I still find it really hard though and am still on the fence with the whole, the harder is the more satisfaction you get for beating it, thing. I bought dark souls 3 and haven't played it yet. The games intimidate me
RE: Hidden gem game recommendations
Binding of isaac.
It looks like such a simple game. I showed it to my friends who straight away told me it was stupid or too hard but there is so much more to it.
Its a rogue type game where you run around and collect power ups and defeat enemies.
The main attraction of the game though is that instead of losing your last power up when you pick up a new one, they all merge together.
For example. I can be walking around, pick up a power up that makes my "bullets" magnetic, so they draw enemies towards them. Then i pick up a power up that takes away my "bullets" And instead gives me one "bullet" that floats around the room. Combine that with my magnet power up and i have a kind of black hole that is destroying everyone.
There is literally hundreds of power ups and the creator of the game has stated how much hard work it is to hard code the game so that all power ups work with each other and create new scenarios. There is literally thousands of different ways you can end up. As you play the game you unlock new powers ups so they can appear in future runs of the game.
It is the ultimate rogue type game.
RE: Hidden gem game recommendations
@Ellis I thought Blinding of Isaac was really cool as well but the art direction just kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I wonder if you're friends might have felt the same. A similar game that I ended up really enjoying was Enter the Gungeon, have you gotten to try that one?
I have not to be honest. I watched jim sterlings video review of it. He talked about how he liked the art style of that one, everything was bullet and ammo based. He praised it, and it takes alot for him to praise a game haha. I will have to have a look
RE: Games That Don't Exist (but Really Should)
i never watched The Arrested Development but i wouldnt mind seeing a game of thrones strategy game. I know there already is one but a new one with tv show characters.
Other then that i want a DC comics game. Some kind of game that involves all heroes and villains form the DC universe.... not including lego.
RE: Favourite games based on films?
Ill tell you what. chronicles of riddick blew me away. I remember playing it at a gaming convention in England, expecting absolute rubbish. there was only two machines set up to play it, there was no queue. me and my friends were walking past and i stopped and said, "lets give this a go" I walked away thinking that was actually good. I bought the game and it was awaesome. A whole new story for riddick. A prison break type story, proper voice acting from vin deisel ad ice cube. It was awesome
