Day 26, game you haven't played
Planet Coaster. There's nothing else I want to play more, but my current computer can't run it, and there's no way I'd ever play it on console. I do have a much better computer, but there are reasons I can't use it yet.

Day 29, final boss
Diddy Kong Racing - Wizpig
The races against him have a completely different tone from the rest of the game - dark and dangerous. And the difficulty level is just right - damn hard, but learnable.
Day 30, credits
Star Fox 64 (Spoiler, of course.)
Day 31, spooky Halloween game
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has some pretty spooky stuff in it.
