Funny thing is I used it go days without posting, just browsing with a odd post here and there. Now that Reset has opened and I see all those user names I recogise happily posting away and I can't yet, it's like an itch I can't scratch and I feel totally left out.
Understand this is not a go at the admins or anything, and they have done a great job getting it up and running at such short notice.
Anyway that's enough moaning from me.
Some real stand outs not mentioned yet.
Hellsing - The dub is so deliciously over the top it never fails to bring a smile to my lips.
Black Lagoon - What do you know they actually cast a black actor to play a black character.
These two really are much much much better in English.
Well I'll post in here with the hope somebody with an in will see it and let me play with the cool kids.
Playing through Half Life 2 would you believe it; Having endless fun chopping heads off Zombies in Ravenholm.
Also Call of Juarez:Gunslinger is a surpisingly good little cowboy game with a little frontier history thrown in for good measure.

@Haru17 It's a pretty generalized statement to associate buying an amiibo with microtransactions. Buying a chest in Shadow of War isn't going to get you a skin in Overwatch, and it's not going to give you a cool little figure to put on your shelf.
And I've never seen Nintendo lock something behind an amiibo that was essential to the game. Or pop up a window saying, "Only 72 hours left on this amiibo special!"
I've got a couple of Inklings and I haven't even got a Nintendo system.

@KimonoNoNo that video is amazing! I hope those groans were in the actual vhs 😂
Oh yes every UGHH! is 100% authentic :D
There's quite a few different Manga Entertainment trailer reels up on Youtube for the curious.
I was there for the 90's VHS anime boom.
Had all the classics Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Ninja Scoll, Tank Police, Macross+; as well as some of the less savory tapes that gained the ire of the mainstream press, Wicked City, Doomed Megalopolis and the daddy of them all Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend.
I tell you modern Anime fans don't know they're born when back in my day a VHS tape would cost an arm and a leg for two episodes if you're lucky, and have the high likelyhood of the final volume of a series you've been following getting canceled and never getting released over here (at least until Dvd was a thing decades later).
Too give a taste of what it was like here's a link to the Manga Entertainment promo video that was on all the tapes back in the day.
Blowing Your Mind Into The 21st Century!
Ah, the memories come flooding back watching that video.
Spaced - Proto Shaun of the Dead.
Father Ted - Surreal Irish comedy of three catholic priests exiled to a small island community.
Bottom - Anarchic comedy by Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson.
Fawlty Towers - The Godfather 'nuff said.
Bremner,Bird and Fortune - Bird and Fortunes mostly ad-libed pieces were a thing of beauty.
I'm not much of a TV watcher recently, but I do love a good comedy.
I got round to watching Logan on the weekend. With most super-hero movies they tend to kind of wash over me and don't leave much of an impression, but the world weary beaten down Logan stayed with me.
Great performances by all the cast and the relationship between Charles and Logan especially resonated, as I've been careing for my elderly father fulltime for a few years now.
Grown-up movie for grown-ups.
