Oof, tough question. Obviously Last of Us, Halo, and Zelda are up at the top of my list, but just to be different...
I personally would have to go with Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber.
I suppose I'd have to admit that it's not a true 10 in the objective sense, but it's one of the most engaging games I've ever played. Also a serious nostalgia-blast.
