    • EZA Allies T-Shirt Sizes?

I've been thinking about sending the guys some shirts, but I don't know what sizes they wear. Any idea where I can find that information?

    • Need more Huber in your life?

      Hey Allies,

I had the pleasure of having Michael Huber guest on my podcast this week. He's an awesome guy and it was a blast to talk to him about video games for an hour plus. If you're interested in hearing more of Huber this week check out the episode here:

    • RE: What Genre Mashups Would You Like to See?

I really have a love for 2D platformers. They are easily my favorite genre of game. That being said I also have an ultra disinterest in RTS games. Time and time again I have tried to find an interest in real-time strategy games and it never happens.

If someone made a really solid 2D platformer mixed with an RTS I think that would be a great stepping stone.

      TL;DR 2D RTS Platformer

    • Easy Allies and Kinda Funny Collaboration shirt

I know I can't be the only Ally that also loves the Kinda Funny guys. I would love if they made a collaborative t-shirt like the mock up I did below.

    • RE: Titanfall 2 or Battlefield 1?

Personally I am going with Titanfall 2. I loved the first one and the fact that the 2nd is more of the same with more multiplayer depth and a single player means I'm all in. Battlefield 1 looks great but the fact that they're a week apart makes me have to pick one over the other.

@Dirokia I've never played FFVII. I am super stoked to play the remake. It allows me to play a supposedly amazing game and not be forced to retread old clunky gameplay.

@Oscillator I've only played Ground Zeroes. It's a series I am afraid is too complicated to jump in this late.

    • What is the best game you've never played?

Now I know it is hard to define what the "best" game you've never played is considering you've never played it. What I mean by this question is what is the game that is either super highly critically acclaimed or seen as a pillar in gaming history that you've just never got your hands on.

For me it has to be either Chrono Trigger or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Now both of these games are staples in the medium of video games and are considered "must plays" or "influencers" for many games to follow. I have plans of scratching them off my backlog in the near future however.

    • RE: How long have you been an ally?

I actually started watching EZA once they became Easy Allies. I was slightly familiar with Brandon and Kyle from previous videos I had seen them in. When Brandon appeared on Kinda Funny's podcast and announced that they were going the independent Patreon route I was really intrigued.

Since then I have come to appreciate and respect all of the allies. All of them provide something great and interesting and as a group their dynamic just works.

TL;DR - I came to EZA for Brandon & Kyle. I stayed for Ian's cynicism, Huber's hype, Damiani's prolific gamer insight, and much more.

Paragon - I've loved the definition of the word and it is something I try to ring true in real life as well as in video games. It is something I strive to become more of and reminds me that there always will be good in this world.

    • RE: What was the Last Game that made you Cry Allies?

The last game that made me cry was Valiant Hearts: The Great War. For those who don't know this was a UbiArt game released a couple of years ago that followed the lives of people on both sides of The Great War otherwise known as WW1. The way this game ends is emotionally tense and makes you get a sense of how brutal and heartwrenching the war actually was. If you haven't yet I suggest playing this game, it won't take you more than a couple of hours. It is a 2D platformer with puzzle elements and if anything is a great look into this world's history.

    • RE: Games That You Bought A Console For

The only game that I've ever bought a console for to specifically play was The Last of Us. Unlike the Uncharted games it always seemed as a pillar in gaming history that would be a shame to miss. I quickly bought a used PS3 at a discounted price a day before the release of TLoU. I also ended up grabbing Heavy Rain at the store as well and loved it.
