Kikiyama oversaw the project every step of the way and approved all ideas. All members of the team were also told to play Yume Nikki to completion if they hadn't already. I am very confident.

Yume Nikki 3D! That artwork looks so good. And it's releasing next month for $20. That's a great announcement.

Basically RE2 20th anniversary was this past 20th. They tweet out out this 2 days before the anniversary. The dummy finger and what looks to be a typewriter.

Wild speculation begins. Huber tweeted/retweeted several RE things. But it all turns out it was nothing and they baited everyone. Most of the times it's the fans who go overboard with the speculation and dreaming but Capcom certainly didn't do anything to temper their expectations. Just one more thing to add to the list of things Capcom has mishandled. I hate this company.

I'm always very impressed with how stupid Capcom is.

Yume Nikki is really, really good. A surrealist, horror indie adventure game made in RPGmaker from 2004. There's a new countdown for a new game or something. Some of the artwork for the new game has been gotten from that site and looks pretty horrifying. One image in particular.

But for the game itself is something else. You're just traveling through various dream worlds trying to collect "effects" which change your appearance and sometimes do other things. A lot of wandering around and looking at crazy stuff and being creeped out. No dialogue, story, objectives Just a bunch of weird visuals and creepy music. It's free on Steam and worth spending 15-20 minutes looking around at the very least.

I'm was very surprised Vampire: The Masquerade is actually as good as people have said. It's all the good stuff of Fallout: New Vegas but with actual style and an a logical world that good characters inhabit. Still haven't beaten it and likely won't but I had fun for my ~15 hours.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is another one. The last time I played it was 2005 or something. Why can't the new Wolfenstein games be anywhere near as good as this? The level designs and the guns are so good. The airbase level was incredible.
