@alexwhiteplays Wow, I'm the worst. Sorry to just be getting back to you! I've never been a much of a forum user; got busy and just spaced it. >_<
That sounds perfect!
I came to say 3DS because it's more comfortable to hold and found a bunch of people saying Vita for the same reason. So... I'd vote for whichever one you prefer to hold! I've had a Vita for years now and still find it to be very poorly designed as far as comfort (but I am one of those monsters who loved (and still loves) the PS3 controller and was baffled when people said they hated it).
This is a very biased answer, but I'd go Titanfall before Battlefield purely because I've never cared for how Battlefield games felt and Titanfall 1 felt so very, very good. I intend to get both (hyped on For Honor as well!), but I think I'm mostly interested in Battlefield 1 for the single player.
Plus, robots. Robots from the sky. Robots that pick you up and put you in them. Robots.
@sblomkamp Yep, have worn glasses since I was 3 or 4 (29 now). Essentially, I'm nearsighted plus I have an exceptionally lazy right eye. I've learned not to register what it's looking at unless there is something obscuring my left eye (because if I do notice it, I have double vision constantly). Thus, when I try 3D movies or try using 3D mode on my 3DS, I have to exert a lot of effort to see the effect. I end up getting a headache and feeling nauseous.
I feel like I might do fine in VR, since I could essentially continue to ignore the right eye like I do regularly. Just not ready to throw down $400 unless I'm sure I'll be able to enjoy it.
I have For Honor, CoD, and Titanfall pre-ordered digitally on console for playing while listening to podcasts/4 hour long E3 impressions videos/etc. (because they'll be chill to play with the sound off). Also have pre-orders in for the deluxe physical versions of Persona 5 and FFXV, though my feelings on XV are a little shaky now.
Other upcoming games I'll definitely grab? Zelda, though I'll probably wait for the NX version. Ah, and Pokemon Sun! There are a lot more I'm digging, but my backlog has gotten scary... Trying to tackle it right now. D:
I think that, right now, I'm most actively hyped for Titanfall 2 and For Honor. Persona 5 is the game I most want to play, but I've known that I wanted it since it first showed up - gotta let the hype ride down a little bit until release is closer. Being a person who hates a mouse and keyboard, but played Titanfall 1 on PC because he didn't have an Xbox has me hella hyped on Titanfall 2! I'm looking forward to playing it where everyone is using a controller so I'm not the scrub when it comes to pilot kills. And For Honor... What more can be said? I've heard so many people say that it feels amazing and I've yet to feel it for myself. Can't wait for it to drop!
In a surprising turn, I've found myself de-hyped for FFXV and hyped for CoD. I... I never would have imagined that, but here I am. I still want to believe in XV, but the reports from Ben and Damiani have me hella down, while the CoD stuff shown during the Sony conference looked pretty compelling!
