Easily Mew. I have loved Mew since I was little.

RE: What Games are you looking forward to in July?
All about that Monster Hunter hype! ~
RE: How many stars do you give the game you are playing right now?
Pokemon Blue - 4/5.
As I said in another thread, I took a page out of Jones' book and started working my way through a series I'm quite unfamiliar with. I absolutely adore my team right now and I squeal with delight every time I come across a Pokemon I recognize :D
RE: The K-Pop Thread
@alexwhiteplays I agree with your taking issue of how some artists often appropriate other cultures. I like that the issue is being brought up more recently, I hate that it's still a thing. Also, I adore Mamamoo, they're definitely my favourite up-and-coming female group

You've explained your username and avatar, now explain your signature!~
As for mine, the first line is a lyric from the song "Over" by Epik High. The second line is four symbols that represent the K-Pop fandoms I actively participate in.
What does your mean?
RE: Enter The Negative Zone.
I hate people who actively yuck on peoples' yums. And no, this is not a shot at this thread. I'm talking about the people who constantly are like "I can't believe you actually like that, why are you so excited, the thing you like is really dumb/juvenile" and just generally act like an asshole.
For my current beef with the world though, I hate the economy right now. I was laid off back in February and I'm still actively looking for a job. I'm running out of benefits and I'm getting more and more stressed out over my lack of financial security.
RE: The K-Pop Thread
@michemagius yay another full-fledged K-Pop fan! I love all the groups you mentioned :D
My top four (which is referenced in my sig) are SHINee, BIGBANG, BTS, and Beast, in that order. I definitely prefer guy groups over girl groups overall, but I love girl groups as well. My ultimate bias is Yong Junhyung of Beast.
Have you been to any K-Pop concerts before? Also, what originally got you into K-Pop?
RE: The K-Pop Thread
@Mechanoid Oh man, that was beautiful! Please keep posting KoMS videos, such a nice listen while I scan through the forum :D
Update in the K-Pop world! One of my favourite groups, Beast, is making a comeback on July 4, 2016, with a preview song dropping this weekend as a teaser :D Beast recently lost a member, so this is a make or break for them!
So far these are the teasers:
My ultimate bias (read: favourite artist in K-Pop overall) is continuing to take an active part in the production of the group's tracks, and is even getting a solo song in this album. My hype is almost tangible at this point :P
RE: Top 5 video game characters.
1) Vergil - Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening - Special Edition
While I'm overjoyed at the love Dante is receiving in this thread and forum wide in gneral, I must take this opportunity to tell you how amazing Vergil is. See, people often name him a villain, but he's not really. Spoilers aside, he's more of an anti-hero. Dealing with the same tragedy in a different way. Dante embraces his human side, compassion and protection, seeking the strength he lacked when he lost his family - despising the demonic side that caused strife.
Vergil is like the opposite side of the coin. He embraces his demonic heritage, seeing it as the obviously stronger side of his dual lineage. If he was stronger, more of a demon, he may have been able to prevent the tragedy. He may not have been so emotionally devastated if it weren't for his human background. Vergil and Dante both start at a state of limbo. Neither are morally good or bad. Both seek the strength they lacked before. I love Vergil's side of the story. I find him more complex and wish for Capcom to continue the original Devil May Cry series to finish his story.
2) Zelda - The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
I absolutely love Zelda's character in Skyward sword. She's not royalty in the beginning of this story. She's just a kid with aspirations and loves/encourages her goo friend, Link, to reach his potential. She's cheerful, protective, kind, and intolerant of bullshit. Shit goes to shit and she's thrown into her own journey. She's not kidnapped like she has been before, or suddenly changes character/disguise. She is confronted with her destiny and she embraces it and grows as a character. As she says to Link, she's still Zelda, the situation is just different. I loved that she was a fully realized character.
3) Wander - Shadow of the Colossus
Wander, to me, is the most morally grey character on my list. A tragedy befalls him. And he seeks to reverse it by going to a taboo, forbidden land - do whatever it takes to get what he wants back, no matter what. His determination, even at the expense of his character figuratively and physically, is nice change from most protagonists. I don't want to spoil this game and I implore anyone reading this to please play this game if you haven't already~
4) Mitsuru Kirijo - Persona 3
Okay, so Mitsuru is a strictly vain choice. We are the same age, have almost the same birthdays, and have a lot of the same interests, relationship with friends, and personality traits. I see a lot of myself in her, and because of that, I emotionally connected with her the most when playing this game. There's nothing else I can really say.
5) Tiki - Fire Emblem Series
So I don't want to delve into story since she's in multiple games. But she's really neat. She's also a dragon, and I really love dragons. Play Fire Emblem svp~
RE: Love or hate?: POP! Vinyl fiigures
I like them. I have a Loki one I got for my birthday a couple years back. I think it's about not overwhelming a display with them. I feel the same with Amiibos. Too many together and the collection just looks too busy. I just place them randomly and balance out the display with other objects.
RE: Your Top 3 Favourite Games
@AthenaS oh don't worry, I'm wandering aimlessly through this as well haha

RE: How long have you been an ally?
Hmm, I don't think I was a full-blown fan until EZA became a thing. Before this, I had been a casual fan of GT throughout the years. Mostly frequented during E3 times and I loved watching the countdowns and retrospectives. I never got involved with community or familiarized myself with the personalities of GT, but back then, I was a g1/ScrewAttack fan, and I've never been one really to get involved with multiple fandoms of the same media.
